So with all the hype I decided that I would give the acai berry a try. I especially like the claim that using the acai berry can cause significant weight loss. I am all excited about that idea because losing pounds is a big part of my plan to get fit at a athletic club in liberty lake. I plan on losing about 70 lbs so I got a lot of work ahead of me.

How to get fit for track?

So, I'm actually going to be starting high school next year. Anddd I was thinking I'd try out for the track team. I'm a fast runner, but I don't think I'm all that fit. Suggestions on exercise and dieting?
And yes, Ill ignore any answers that include "acai berry" and weird weightloss programs xD

well since track is not till next spring for you why would you train a year and a half ahead.. usually the first 2 weeks of practice is just geting all of our butts in shape so you dont really need to worry about that,, and most schools sometime practice lightly the winter before spring. no one your age needs that long to get fit,, even kids in high school dont do much running before track unless they are on the cross country team so dont worry about it and i dont think your diet will affect your running preformance unless your diet is extremly bad.. ex, mc donalds for every meal... im a sophmore and i eat a lot of junk food but still hav the record for the 1500 at my school.. so i dont think that has a huge impact.. just make sure to drink lots of water. so i think youll be all right.. but why dont you do track at your middle school this spring just to see how you like it.

also there ar no try outs for track in high school.. there are time trials but that just seperates you into varsity, jv etc..
