Thinner thighs??????????

Ok, I am 5'2 and around 117 lbs. I am not over weight and I exercise alot, and I eat right. Well, I am rather tight all over my body besides on my thighs. My thighs have some excess fat that makes my legs look really really flabby, no matter how much i exercise them...

what are some things i can do to fix my legs!!??

Running is your best bet. Just ~15 minutes and you're good. That's what I do. It's good cardio, and the fastest way to lose weight. My legs are considerably less flabby since I started running ~4 weeks ago, when I started Tennis. It may take you more than ~4 weeks, if you don't play any sports, but definitely running.
