You can drink plenty of water, and try cranberry juice or blueberry juice, but this won't necessarily cure it; it will just help it resolve on its own a little faster. Antibiotics really are the best way to go; it won't always go away on its own, and it can spread to your kidneys and make you really sick. If you don't have your card it should be ok as long as you have ID. Also, some antibiotics are really inexpensive, and urgent care clinics don't usually charge a whole lot if you have to resort to that.
