The reviews online for the ChaLean Extreme Intensity Workout DVDs are quite good. There are dozens of reviews online and the average user rating for this product is 4.5 stars. There were a few negative comments from people that were already in very good shape. These people said that the program is not challenging enough and they were not seeing the results they'd hoped for. However, there were many reviews from people who were not in great shape and they were reporting very good results in terms of fat loss, muscle gain etc.
The ChaLean Extreme Intensity Workout DVD Set offers a good mix of resistance training and cardio with a different workout for each day of the week. The resistance training portion of the workout is 35 minutes long for each session at three sessions per week. The other two days include cardio workouts. The DVDs also have a countdown clock for each exercise so you know exactly how much time is left before you reach the end of an exercise.
Although there may have been a few negative reviews it is important to note that the vast majority of people that reviewed the ChaLean Extreme workout DVD Set gave it a 5 star rating. URGENT HELP PLEASE! I have an extreme razor burn with splotchy hives the size of quarters?
