Sida Cordifolia? Hoodia?
Does Sida Cordifolia complex give you the jitters/nausea/palpitations like Xendarine EFX? I've used Xenadrine before and lost weight, but it's got some pretty horrible side effects, and I don't want to take it again, but I do need to lose some weight. Also, does Hoodia work for anyone?
And don't tell me I should exercise and eat well. Tried it before, and my hunger levels get ridiculous. The last time I tried to diet I was eating 1800 calories a day and was still starving hungry. Frankly, I'd rather take the pills!
I'm not going to tell you that you need to excercise and eat well... although that is the best to do. Lifestyle changes are the only thing that works for good. (I know, I've done it.) Personally, drink 64oz of water a day, no sodas, no ice teas no sugary drinks. Esp not those power drinks. That's one thing that really works to help cleanse your body and if you do it for life, it helps curb your hunger.
Most people eat when they are bored, drink water or tea when you get a snack urge and it will help.
Sorry about the pills, I dont believe in them since they only help for a small amount of time. Sure you'll lose weight, but it wont stay off for good and it's not good for your body in the long run. Good luck
