Rare Side-Effect of Codeine in Nursing Mothers
Increased Metabolism and Decreased Fat
Who wouldn't want to be in shape? Nobody likes to see their tummy spilling over their jeans or their arms looking like a pair of flappy bat wings. The question is, how do you boost your metabolism so you'll be able to get rid of fat at record speed, as well as get your body into the best shape it has ever been in your life?
Metabolism and stolen youth
Most people actually don't know what metabolism is, but they do know it came to a screeching halt when they turned 30! They're also aware that somewhere around the same time, body parts began to jiggle more than they used to.
So what is metabolism? In simple terms, it's the rate at which your body burns fuel to sustain you and all the processes that go on inside your body. Here's a good analogy. Imagine your dream car – its color, that new car smell, and your hands on the steering wheel. Now if I told you to gas up, would you choose regular or premium? I'm sure you'd pick the latter, because it would help your dream car run better and you'd want only the best for it. Your body works in the same way – feed it junk and it'll run like a lemon.
What affects metabolism? There are four main factors: eating habits, activity level, muscle tissue, and genetics. Obviously, the more active you are, the more calories you'll burn.
How frequently you eat is more important than what you eat as it directly affects your blood sugar and energy levels. Unstable blood sugar causes metabolism to decelerate in order to conserve energy. That's why you should never skip breakfast or any meal. Would you try to start your car if the gas tank was empty?
When it comes to metabolism, the biggest and most important factor is muscle tissue. Muscle burns calories, so the more you have, the better. We lose muscle because of unstable blood sugar and a lack of physical stress – and not because of age! Then there's genetics. Some people have fast metabolism while others have slower ones, but that doesn't mean you can't significantly increase yours.
To boost your metabolism, (1) strength train to increase your muscle tissue (not necessarily muscle size) and (2) stabilize your blood sugar and energy levels to help lose fat and prevent the storage of more fat.
Taking control of your metabolism doesn't mean killing yourself with endless workouts! It's actually easy if you know what to do. Start increasing your metabolism to burn off the unwanted fat from your belly, hips, and thighs.

As far as safety is concerned, as long as your are not pregnant, I would think that the only one I would not take with these others is the chromium picolinate. It appears in the list in product number 3, so do not take number 4 as well. The B6 should help you deal with stress. Many of the other herbs sound familiar. Number one is interesting. Don't know much about motherwort. They use a lot of hops in Europe.
Good luck. Hope you feel lots of energy and can enjoy the exercise you will be doing on your program, right?
