Allmax Nutrition CLA 90 Fat Loss Supplement
Phd Nutrition Cla
In the past decade, the potential beneficial effects of Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) on human health have been widely investigated and proven effective in weight management. Several studies have demonstrated that CLA can positively affect body mass and has a beneficial effect on lean muscle mass.
PhD Nutrition CLA contains the highest concentration of the two active CLA isomers, c9,t11 and t10,c12, that have been identified as being helpful in:
- Reducing the amount of body fat
In non obese and overweight people, CLA reduced body fat mass and body weight. It has been shown that CLA prevents fat from being deposited into the cells. It appears that CLA reduces the activity of lipoprotein lipase, an enzyme that is needed for fat cells to take up fats from the bloodstream. The storage of fat is therefore reduced, leading to significant reductions in fat mass
- Increasing lean muscle mass
In humans, supplementation with CLA increased lean body mass in people who exercised. Furthermore, it has been demonstrated that overweight people in an anabolic state (i.e. gaining weight after a weight loss diet) preferentially gain lean mass, thus improving body composition. It has recently been demonstrated that long-term intake of CLA can also significantly increase lean body mass and improve weight loss in overweight subjects without any diet or exercise intervention.
Additionally, PhD Nutrition CLA has also been shown to reduce the side effects from a low calorie diet, such as skin rashes, irritability, depression, and hair loss.

Should I take more CLA 1000?
I am 17 and am currently supplementing with Maximuscle CLA 1000, I have been taking this for two weeks now and I heard that for the best results I should take 6 tablets a day as opposed the the 3 that I have been taking. Should I do this to get faster results?
By the way my aims are to build muscle, tone up and burn fat, I row 5 times a week and I am on a weightlifing programme and do serious weightlifting 3 times a week. I have been doing this for a year now but I have only been supplementing with CLA 1000 for two weeks. I am on no other supplements!
Answers from people who have used CLA 1000 successfully would be highly appreciated.
I have a nutrition plan where I have a balanced diet. I am only taking CLA to see faster results, but was wondering if it will make a noticable differance to increase the amount I take daily?
CLA is not worth the money ,its crap basically ,just increase your protein in food and that will burn off the fat from the thermogenic response especially when carbs are kept low(30 -50 grams max per day) at the same time ------------ over the 2 day weekend INCREASE your starchy complex carbs( 400 - 600 grams per day) to create muscle form the insulin response AND glycogen refill then on Monday return to the low fat,low carb(fibrous complex ) plan for 5 days,so you receive fat burning all week and anabolism over the weekends,
