Reduction of physics to mathematics?

Do you think that physics will eventually be reduced to pure mathematics and physical constants will be determined by some purely mathematical equations (not involving other unknown physical constants)?
I'm not talking about our current understanding of nature, but about elusive Theory of Everything. Might this theory be purely mathematical?

It is impossible since many of the physics constants stems from the experiments. It would be hardly possible to find out a mathematical way to determine such constants. It is quite easy to elaborate: for instance: the speed of light consists of two other properties that are permeability and permittivity these quantities are based on the matters. One cannot understand what is this quantities for water for example relying on mathematis.
To conclude, physics contains great amount of mathematics such as integration and derivation however; the physics is a different branch.
